Welcome to our community, where the journey towards meaningful connections and thriving communities began in the city of San Francisco. What started as a small group of friends seeking like-minded individuals and a sense of belonging soon evolved into a large, vibrant community. We grew together, learned together, and created something beautiful.

Every journey is not without its difficulties, and we've certainly had our fair share of challenges along the way. We've made mistakes, stumbled, and learned from those experiences. But it's through these trials that we've grown stronger, more resilient, and more committed to our mission.

Early on, we recognized the importance of normalizing non-monogamy and sexual exploration. It became a central part of our mission, and it continues to be the driving force behind our community. We believe that everyone should have the freedom to explore their desires and preferences in a safe, consensual, and respectful environment.

In late 2021, we embarked on a new adventure, relocating to Los Angeles in search of fresh experiences and opportunities. However, despite the vastness of the city, we found ourselves longing for that sense of community we had cultivated in San Francisco. After a year of searching, we realized that sometimes, the best way to find what you're looking for is to create it yourself.

And so, in 2023, we decided to do just that. Drawing from the lessons learned and experiences gained in our journey, we founded a new community in Los Angeles. But our vision goes beyond our own backyard; it extends to bringing disjointed communities from across the United States together.

In pursuit of this vision, we are excited to announce the creation of a first-of-its-kind event: the Non-Monogamous Organizers Convention. This convention aims to bring the knowledge and experiences of various community organizers together, fostering collaboration, support, and the sharing of resources. We believe that by uniting organizers from diverse communities, we can create a stronger and more interconnected network that benefits everyone involved.

Our mission is simple but profound: to connect, learn, and grow together as community leaders and organizers. We believe in the power of collaboration, support, and shared resources to help us become better at what we do and build stronger, more resilient communities.

The subjects highlighted in our conference agenda reflect our commitment to addressing the most pressing challenges and opportunities in community building. From fostering a culture of consent and care to navigating financial sustainability, from the intricacies of non-monogamy to the future of our communities in a changing political landscape—we are ready to engage in these discussions.

But we don't want these conversations to end at the conference; we want them to be the beginning of a path toward better community collaborations. We envision a future where communities from all corners of the country come together to share their unique perspectives, challenges, and solutions.
